Located on the South Coast of New South Wales, roughly 200km from Sydney lies the Shoalhaven, one of the most scenically beautiful landscapes on the east coast of Australia. Home to miles of magnificent beaches and waterways, the lush rainforests of Kangaroo Valley, Ettrema Wilderness and numerous National Parks, the Shoalhaven is well known for its protected marine parks, exceptional local produce and stunning scenery.

With temperate year round conditions, it’s no surprise that each year sees thousands of tourists visit the area. With an abundance of natural attractions, coastal villages, annual festivals and gorgeous vineyards, the area is rich in local culture, offering something for everything.

Stretching from the quaint village of Berry in the north, with its pastoral setting, mountainous backdrop and exceptional cafes and boutique stores, past the rainforests Kangaroo Valley, to Durras in the south, the Shoalhaven offers year round temperate conditions.

At the heart of the area lies Nowra, the region’s largest coastal town, and main commercial, industrial and government hub. It is here that our Professionals Clyde Poulton Real Estate office is located.

Located on Bridge Road, our office covers all real estate in the Shoalhaven area, while further south, our sister office Professionals St George’s Basin covers the Jervis Bay area, with Professionals Wollongong covering the north.
